Chickpea and Roasted Red Pepper Burgers with Smoked Paprika Mayonnaise

Even partisans of traditional burgers will be won over by these healthful vegetarian patties, and slathering them with a smoky mayonnaise makes them even more appealing. Set out paper-thin red onion slices for those who might want them, and garnish each plate with pickle slices or wedges.

A Great Substitute
September 25, 2013
Was a great burger, but it needs a little improvement. I added sundried tomato to give a little extra chew to the burger. The sauce was a little too salty I wouldn't add any extra. Also I would add a little Dijon, Greek yogurt, roasted red pepper, and a couple of cherry peppers for a little kick. It's a nice healthy burger that is actually very filling and easy to manipulate to make it your own. I approve :)
Pros: Good Value, Healthy, Will Make Again
