Piperade (interesting title)

I had six over for dinner and served this recipe. It was very easy to put together and allowed me to be with my guest as it slow cooked in the slow cooker. Everyone there raved about the flavors it had and I gave every one a recipe to take home. Looked up the word Piperade and it was very interesting what the word mean will serve again.
