Easy & Delicious

I substituted frozen pearl onions and bone-in chicken breasts. Wow! What a great meal! Will definitely make this again. The sauce is delicious. I served it with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Sometimes you need a little bravery - and time - to try out something new!
An excellent recipe stands out when its ingredients work together like an orchestra.... you can taste all these ingredients in this marvelous recipe.
Follow these easy steps and I promise you won't be disappointed. Don't be afraid of the wines in it: after the cooking the alcohol in the dish will be all gone, what remains at the end is a small miracle that you created and that you - and your guests - will love!
