Crisp fries are the perfect accompaniment to these this hearty sandwiches, which are filled with thinly sliced sirloin steak, sauteed vegetables and provolone cheese.

Great Panini!

At first glance, this recipe looked quite involved. But I made it without a Breville gourmet grill and it came out great! I just sauted my veggies in a separate pan, grilled my sirloin on the stove in a grill pan, and made the fries just as stated, making them first and then browning them right before the sandwiches were done. The fries were very good! My husband loved this sandwich so much that he now wants it put in regular rotation! The flavor of the meat, veggies and sour dough were wonderful together! I highly recommend making this! Especially if you like paninis! The recipe says it serves 4, but I made it just for the two of us and it was the perfect amount!
Pros: Will Make Again
