Ok recipe or Ok Chef?

Perhaps I cooked the cedar planks too long-or didnt do something right-but the shrimp was way overpowering with cedar smoke--I soaked the cedar planks for 2 hours--they have worked well before with salmon--but the shrimp was overpowering and had to be thrown out--the shrimp was not overcooked.
I believe I followed the recipe--but i wouldn't try it again since too labor intensive and too many other easy ways to make good shrimp--

simple and delicious

This is a very simple recipe with outstanding results. Choose the jumbo shrimp and it will be a beautiful presentation. The cedar planks from WS are the very best in quality in comparison with others.
