needs more flavor

This coleslaw is visually stunning, but needs a little more "kick". I added the zest of one lemon and another tablespoon of vinegar. Then it was fabulous! The raisins add a nice touch.

Writer ads zest of lemon and vinegar and pronounces it fabulous. Then in "con" puts in taste. Which is it ?
