Perfect Meat Loaf

The Meat Loaf was perfect! Next time I'll make extra pineapple glaze to serve on top after it's been cooked.

Best Meat Loaf, Ever!

My husband and I made this meat loaf recipe last night, and we both agreed that it was the BEST meat loaf we'd ever tasted.
We think the oats and veggies make it special.
We substituted 1 cup of diced celery instead of 1/2 cup of diced celery and 1/2 cup of diced celery root. We didn't make the pineapple gaze. Otherwise, we followed the recipe to a T.
Served with mashed potatoes and peas, this makes the perfect winter comfort food.
Simply delicious!

Easy and Lovely Meatloaf
Made the meatloaf for dinner tonight. It is simple and quick.
The pineapple glaze give it the extra special taste - just a hint of sweetness that is surprisingly nice. I especially like biting into the mushrooms!!
I was initially worried that it will be dry and tough but It is the best meatloaf I have ever tasted - juicy and tasty.
