Brussels Sprout Slaw

In this new take on slaw, shredded brussels sprouts and radicchio are tossed with an assertive dressing, then topped with caramelized pecans. After combining the slaw with the dressing, be sure to let it stand for 15 minutes to slightly wilt the brussels sprouts.

Took this slaw to Thanksgiving buffet with friends- and came home with an empty bowl!! Can use red cabbage if radicchio not waiting at your market. A colorful. unusual, and tasty delight that I'll continue to 'make and take'!!
Pros: Quick, Healthy, Appearance, Impressive, Will Make Again
