Adds green to breakfast but tastes like breakfast

This was a good choice for us. We like breakfast but want to eat more vegetables. The Swiss Chard is milder than turnip greens and holds it shape better than spinach. I added a small amount of minced garlic when mixing the peppers, onions, and sausage to the potatoes. Also added a small pinch of salt and about 4 to 5 drops of tabasco as the Swiss Chard was wilting. We like the slightly vinegary/spicy finish it gives to greens and proved to be a great addition to this dish. We will definitely keep this recipe.
