Super summer dinner salad.

I love this recipe and it's a great way to use leftover bread. I used heirloom tomatoes, red streaked yellow and purple, and didn't char them because I wanted to keep the healthy skins. Not only was the salad delicious, it was also beautiful. Make sure to let it sit like the recipe says so the bread can absorb the dressing.
I made this for myself so I cut the recipe down a lot and it worked out just fine. Can't wait to make this again!
