Braised Pork Shanks with White Beans

Order fresh pork foreshanks from your butcher. The shanks become meltingly tender with long, slow cooking in a savory braising liquid.

I make this all the time! I couldn't find pork foreshanks at my grocery store so I improvised with boneless pork ribs. I found it even better than the shanks because the meat could break down and melt into the sauce.
Pros: Yield, Easy, Adaptable, Will Make Again, taste
