Braised Chicken Thighs with Carrots, Potatoes and Thyme

Fresh herbs and sweet carrots update this old-fashioned skillet dinner. To retain its fragrance, add the thyme just before serving.

delicious autumn recipe
September 3, 2014
I found this recipe of Pinterest and Flip. My husband and I loved this recipe. We cooked it in the cast iron pan on the grill. We did NOT use gluten free anything! I would add a few garlic cloves the next time. We will definitely make this again. It is a nice recipe for the fall and carrot season.
Pros: Good Value, Easy, Healthy, Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again

Nice Meal for Weekday
January 7, 2014
My wife and I enjoyed this dish. I used regular flour and chicken broth because I could not find gluten free at the store. I did not use the wine or thyme either but still really liked the meal. The potatoes and carrots were the highlight of the dish. After eating dinner my wife declared I would cook from now on.
Pros: Easy, Appearance, Adaptable, Will Make Again
