The peaches were delicious and with the creme anglaise it gave a whole new meaning to peaches and cream. Especially liked that the peaches didn't have to be peeled first. The skins could be easily slipped off after cooking. An added bonus is the bourbon peach simple syrup that you have left after you sous vide the peaches. You can bottle it and use it for cocktails!
