Blueberry-Vanilla Panna Cotta

Ripe blueberries are fragile and should be handled with care. If any stems remain, pinch them off and discard. Rinse the berries with cool water just before using and let drain on paper towels.

yummy...but looks very different than photo

Great flavor..vey smooth. Great summertime dessert! Finished product does not look like photo. All the vanilla bean flecks settled at bottom and blueberries rose to the top...not evenly distributed at all!! If you are not so much hung up on that great simple recipe!

Light and creamy, plus you have blueberries which are an antioxidant and very rich in vitamin C.
