Black Bean Tacos with Avocado Salsa

These satisfying vegetarian tacos are seasoned with fennel seeds, which lend the anise-like taste of the avocado leaves used to flavor beans in Mexico. If you like, make a double batch of the salsa and serve it with chips to start off the meal.

Great Recipe. I was surprised at how complimentary the feta cheese was, as well as the fennel. My husband loved this recipe the first time, although he asked me to only add half of the fennel seed the second time. So I did, and we both still enjoyed it very much. Next time I make this though, I will chop the veggies the morning of, so that I am not spending the majority of my evening in the kitchen preparing the meal and cleaning up. My Parents came over and loved this recipe so much that my Mother wanted to know where I got it. Thank you once again, Williams Sonoma!
