Black Bean Salad

This black bean salad is best served when the vegetables are still slightly warm from the grill, or at room temperature within 1 to 2 hours of grilling. The beans and vegetables should be mildly spiced and glistening with the vinaigrette.

Great Accompaniment
May 31, 2012
This was pretty good. I did tweak the spices a bit to account for personal tastes and I added an avocado. On it's own, this was good, but not amazing. I found that it really sparkled as an add on, though. It was great stirred into latin-inspired rice dishes or as a condiment with latin dishes.
Pros: Good Value, Easy, Healthy, Adaptable, Will Make Again
