I altered the recipe slightly by using regular flour instead of the gluten-free mixture, as gluten isn't an issue for myself or the person I was cooking for. That said, WOW! This was a stellar, hearty dish. I went ahead and stuck with using the Tamari instead of regular soy sauce, and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I'm definitely adding this to my go-to cold weather recipes!
