Banana-Strawberry-Peach Smoothies

Here, banana is used to give this smoothie a more creamy consistency. Other berries, such as raspberries or blueberries, can be used in place of the strawberries, and other stone fruits, such as nectarines and apricots, can replace the peach.

Refreshing!

This smoothie was quite delicious. I was attracted to this recipe because it didn't call for any yogurts or sorbets, just natural fruits and juices. I could not find peach nectar in my local grocery store so I used orange juice instead. I can only imagine how much better it would taste with the peach nectar. I also added 1 cup of crushed ice to the blender because that's how I prefer it. I will definitely make this again.
