Avocado and Cream Cheese Roll (Rollo de Queso y Aguacate)

Freshly ripened cream cheese is the best choice for this party dish, created by Ana Elena Martinez, a caterer in Puebla, Mexico. Look for handmade cream cheese in specialty shops; it has a slightly acrid smell, salt white color, soft texture and ripe sour taste.

Excellent to have at your own party to take to someone's house. Be sure the cream cheese is at room temperature before rolling it or it will crack. I also suggest parchment paper as noted before. I oiled the parchment to make it easier to roll the cream cheese. Make your guacamole as mild or spicy as your guests will tolerate and have fun!
Pros: Appearance, Impressive

My daughter made last year and this year for Christmas. Has the best taste and she said easy to make. She did say have to use parchment paper though. She tried it last year with wax paper and did much better this year with the parchment paper. I will be making it myself very soon.
Pros: Quick, Good Value, Easy, Appearance, Impressive, Will Make Again
