Asparagus and Potato Frittata

Italian frittatas are made by combining various ingredients with eggs and cooking the mixture on the stovetop. Here, the process is simplified by finishing the frittata in the oven.

Delicious and enjoyable to make and eat.
I managed to make it all in a little over an hour.
Perfect for a picnic in the park!
Again, I love the way that Williams-Sonoma balances the flavours. The use of tarragon is wonderful!
