Terrific for a picnic!

Delicious and enjoyable to make and eat.
I managed to make it all in a little over an hour.
Perfect for a picnic in the park!
Again, I love the way that Williams-Sonoma balances the flavours. The use of tarragon is wonderful!

My family loved this and I loved that no special pan was required. I accidentally peeled potatoes before noticing that recipe did not call for that but was so good, would do it same way again. Used a little more cheese than called for, enough to cover the top......delicious!

Something out of the ordinary & easy

This was an exceptional dish! I found it to be easy to prepare. It is very tasty with the different flavors blending nicely. I will make it again. I do not have the Calphalon two-piece pan, but this recipe does not require it. (Word of caution, after removing the pan from the oven, the handle is HOT!!)

easy impressive entree

This recipe was very easy to follow. Also, it was very easy to prepare. It turned out delicious. I would definitely suggest trying it!
