Great place to start

I took a pizza making class at a Williams-Sonoma store a few years ago. We used the related thin-crust recipe in the class. It is my go-to crust recipe. I use lemon juice instead of balsamic vinegar sometimes. You should try this pizza recipe and play around with it according to what you like.
