GREAT COFFEE/TEA CAKE FOR BRUNCH

I just made this cake yesterday, and it is quite good. Not too sweet, nice crumbly/sandy topping. I would say that it's best served and eaten the day it's made, but it still tastes good the next day with tea/coffee. Very easy to make, takes no time at all to put together. The batter is thick, so you actually spread it out into the pan. It doesn't rise very much, but it's enough. Great to make for a brunch or tea time.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Will Make Again
Cons: keeps for up to 2 days
