Truth in advertising???

The set was purchased online and from the ad, it appeared that I had purchased two graters. There were two graters but only one grater holder--it turned out that the graters were interchangeable. The advertisement did not indicate this.
Further, there were no instructions on how the graters were to be removed and/or changed.
