Zoku cookbook

A bit disappointed that the book contains recipes that use sugar and high fat. Based on the need for lighter fare with tasty alternatives I am a bit letdown.
Instead of concentrating on the norm try being more adventurous and give us some recipes that we can enjoy our favorite vice without all the fat and calories. There are some lower sugar recipes, but only a few compared to the others.
Cons: high fat& sugar

Let me understand your rating.
You ordered this cookbook after reading the description. The description says nothing about featuring low sugar and low fat recipes. So you decide that this book deserves ONE star because it didn't contain what you imagined it should.
How does that work out?
