amazing fillet knife

My husband wanted a quality knife for cutting meat and fillets. He couldn't be more pleased with this product!!!

Purchased this for my son's birthday. He is a culinary student. He says it is as good as his Shun knives. Blade has a lot of flexibility. Fillets perfectly. The leather sheath is an added bonus. Saw this a few years back but then could not locate it again until this holiday season.

excellent for fish

I use this knife to take the skin of fish such as salmon and it works better than any othe knife I have used. It also works beautifully to trim beef tenderlion or beef brisket.
