Most versatile knife in my whole set

I've had a big set of Wusthof knives for 10 years now and this knife gets used the most, it still as good as the day I bought it. The perforation is the key to this knifes cutting ability, not a sharp edge.. It's made for slicing bread, meat, pizza, cakes, you name it.. It truly is super!

Latent defect?

I purchased two of these knives just before Thanksgiving to slice homemade No Knead Bread, not a difficult task. After 3 weeks of use, slicing ONLY bread, both knives have lost their edge. To be clear, the edge rolled up, equally across the knife. I have not tried to sharpen either knife as I felt these knives certainly should have lasted longer than 3 weeks before needing sharpening. When I spoke to my local W-S retailer, they suggested I contact Wusthof about this issue. I have not - I'm going to try to return them to the store.
Cons: Quality, Dull, Fragile
