Very well made.

I gave this knife to my mother for Christmas and I was very pleased with the machine work of the knife. All of the metal that you see on the knife is made of one piece and the handle is SEAMLESSLY seated into the metal. There are no gaps between the metal and the handle. The metal at the base of the handle, I believe, adds to the balance of the knife. We where both very happy with the knife.
