Functional and simple

Excellent, basic tenderizing tool: simple, safe, easy to use, and does its job well! Have had other tenderizers in the past that plunge, poke, and are intended to serve many uses. But I have always found them time-consuming and sometimes even slightly dangerous -- too sharp -- to use. Plus some have broken after only a few uses. In contrast, this one is fast, safe, and sturdy. I recommend it, if that is what you are looking for in a good kitchen tool.
