Appalling waste of money

This was absolutely the worst turkey breast I've cooked in 40 years of cooking experience. It was totally dry and tasteless. It was rubbed with an oil and herb mixture and cooked in a rotisserie which usually produces very juicy meat or bird. It was pulled at the correct temperature and rested about 20 minutes. It was a good thing we had plenty of separately roasted drumsticks and thighs, and plenty of delicious turkey gravy, or the meal would have been ruined. I was very disappointed and angry with myself for spending this much money and getting such a poor result. Never again.

Worth the $$$

This was the best turkey we have ever had. I am ordering one for Christmas. We don't like the dark meat so this year I just ordered the bone-in turkey breast. I mixed herbs with softened butter and put the mixture under the skin and put some white wine and chicken broth in the roasting pan. I don't know how much that contributed to the tastiest, juicy turkey ever, but I am going to repeat the recipe and the willie bird every year! It's a pricey turkey but to hear guests rave about it, it's worth it!
