Great Gluten-Free Recipes for All

As a newlywed with Celiac Disease, this is my go-to cookbook. There is a great variety of recipes that both my non-gluten-free husband and I find delicious. In the past year, we have made about 40% of the recipes and have yet to find a bad one. The ingredient lists are reasonable, although most recipes take me longer than indicated. I highly recommend for the beginner-to-intermediate cook.

I bought this with high hopes since I recently found out I had celiacs. Williams Sonoma usually has great cookbooks and products so I figured why not. I think there was one recipe that I was interested in making. Most recipes were uninteresting or things I did not need a cookbook for. I think I will use my old recipes and replace with gluten free products.
