Williams-Sonoma Traditional Stuffing

Our organic stuffing mix gets its hearty character from a time-honored blend of hearth-baked artisan breads, including country white and rustic whole wheat. The crumbled breads are seasoned with a classic medley of aromatic herbs, creating a perfect balance of subtle, savory flavors and rich textures. Follow the included recipe, or use the versatile blend as a foundation for your own signature stuffing. It's a classic for turkey as well as chicken and pork roasts. 1 lb. (makes 10-12 servings) 100% organic. Made in USA.

Horrible, No Taste
January 10, 2014
Prepared this with instructions on back of box, ended up totally tasteless! Stove Top is 100% better than this. WS should stop carrying this item, it's that bad.
Cons: Disappointing, Flavor

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
December 2, 2013
I'm never interested in writing a negative review unless it's so terrible that buyers should know. For starters, I will say I'm a great cook - but wow, this stuffing was so incredibly tasteless, dry, and nothing like a traditional stuffing that it deserved a review. I would tell anyone to stick to the $2 stuffing you buy at the grocery store. Not only did I add my own seasoning, sauted veggies and lots and LOTS of stock - nothing fixed it. We ended up throwing it away. I've always been pleased with WS recipes and prepared items, but this was disgusting. They seriously need to pull this from their shelves. It's hard to believe how much I paid for this, too. I wish I could get my money back.
Cons: Disappointing, Texture, Flavor

Not the best stuffing
November 29, 2013
Unfortunately, if you follow the directions provided, this stuffing was a bit dry and tasteless. I used two boxes, one in the turkey itself, the other baked separately. Neither was outstanding, even with the turkey juices from the stuffed bird. The good news is this was not a overly salty boxed stuffing, so additional seasoning is recommended, as well as more liquids. I even added a bit of truffle oil to the finished product, hoping to give more flavor. A good gravy at the table is a must with this stuffing!
Pros: Amount, Easy to Prepare, Time-saver, not overly seasoned or salted
Cons: Disappointing, Flavor, dry and mealy
