Lovely Spoon
January 9, 2014
Four stars because this is ridiculously expensive. But otherwise, it is a very nice spoon. The handle feels good to hold, but even though it appears quite large, it is not overly heavy. The bowl, when we opened it, made me skeptical because it was smaller than I expected. But when we used it to serve, I was amazed at how much it easily held, with no spills as we shifted from serving bowl to plate. It's beautiful, too. I think it will be excellent for serving awkward things, like string beans. It's a bit short to cook with--might be pushing it for being too near the heat. We haven't tried that yet. But, getting it with a $$ off coupon and on sale made the price drop acceptable. And we really like it very much. I'm sure it's going to get a lot of use.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Quality, Size, Design, Weight
Cons: Size, may be too short for cooking
