Our spider skimmer features hand-tied wire mesh for ultimate durability while tossing, scooping and lifting foods. Use it for deep-frying, sauteing, stir-frying and wok cooking. Designed and developed by Williams-Sonoma, and exclusively ours. Made of nonreactive 18/10 stainless steel with a polished finish. Wire mesh is hand tied for durability and strength. Weighted, ergonomic handle offers optimal balance, comfort and feel. Dishwasher safe. Large skimmer: 7" diam., 17 1/4" long. Small skimmer: 5" diam., 15 1/4" long. Made in China.
