We designed and developed our Williams-Sonoma Smart Tools collection to make it easy for you to watch cooking videos, search for recipes, listen to music and even video chat while you cook and entertain. Our Kitchen Stand supports your tablet device horizontally or vertically at the perfect angle for viewing, whether up close or a few feet away. The stand rests securely atop our Williams-Sonoma Smart Tools Bluetooth(R) Speaker (sold separately) on a nonslip silicone base. Designed and developed by Williams-Sonoma. Supports a tablet device horizontally or vertically in four different positions on a kitchen counter or any flat surface. Premium brushed-metal finish resists water and grease and easily wipes clean. Nonslip silicone base for stability. Notch in back for power-cord management. 4 3/4" diam., 2 1/2" high; 14.2 oz. Designed in USA; made in China.

This stand works perfectly with my IPAD and makes it so easy to have it in the kitchen as we cook. We have used it to have the recipes right on the screen and don't have to hassle with a big cookbook. Hubby loves using it as much as I do! Highly recommend it to anyone with an IPAD who likes to cook!

This is by far the best ipad stand, its functional, simple and best of all most attractive! I have it on my kitchen counter and I love that I don't have to worry about the ipad tipping over, the base is sturdy and holds it in place.

My iPad remains in place whether in the landscape or portrait position. In addition to being functional, the stand is attractive and complements the iPad's elegant design. Like so many WS products, it's not cheap, but the quality is worth it.

I bought this for my wife, and she loves it. She has one IPad in the front room and another in the kitchen. It is beautiful and compliments our stainless steel appliances.
It is very versatile and is always dialed into a cooking site. Even though I bought it for her, I also like to use it as it is very flexile on how you can position it on it's stand. It keeps the IPad rock solid.

This kitchen stand for my iPad is outstanding...I have tons of recipes on my iPad, so whenever I'm baking or cooking, my iPad is right there with me...now I don't have to lay it on the countertop and worry about spilling or dropping something on it. It sits on the stand and I can read it perfectly while I'm mixing something up or cooking on the stove. I'm so glad I found this stand, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Nice design for countertop use. Very stable and substantial. One thing not mentioned is that it has a pass-through for a charging cord which I was very happy to see. Works with an Apple case on my ipad 4, but not ideally. Best with no case.

A great help in the kitchen

This holder is so convenient. Now I can bring up a recipe on my Samsung tablet and put it in the holder and it's the perfect angle to read it ! I do have to remove the soft gel cover on the tablet so it will fit in the slot, not a deal breaker for me.

This iPad stand works great in the kitchen. Makes it easy to refer to the recipe while cooking. I like the rubber gaskets on the top and bottom that keeps the stand from moving around on the counter. It is also heavy enough to support the iPad without falling over. I have the standard Apple iPad cover and I don't have to take it off to use the stand. My favorite Christmas gift!

If you use your IPad in the kitchen, which I do a lot for recipes, this is a must have. I was pleased to discover that it even works as it should with my IPad case on.

You know how easy it is to put down your tablet or ipad in the kitchen, only to strain to read the recipe and hope ingredients don't hit the surface. This simple stand is beautifully made and works so well. Add the clear screen saver and it's a combo win win.

I received the Smart Tools Kitchen Stand from my husband for Christmas. I love it. I use it with my tablet, my Kindle, and my cookbooks. The soft outer ring on the top and bottom of the tool is non-slip and makes anything you put there - stay there. For my Kindle, it puts it at a perfect angle for reading while I am busy with other things. Same with a standard cookbook. It keeps it off the counter (so it don't get wet) and at a perfect angle for reading. And of course - it holds my tablet for what ever I need to do when I can't hold my tablet. Wonderful tool!

The main reason I bought this stand was to display recipes while cooking. I keep all my recipes on my iPad. For this purpose, it performs well. The iPad stays out of harm's way but is easy to read.
It's not much use for anything else tho, so it's a bit pricey for just one function.

I agree that it's an excellent stand for your recipes; it's sturdy, and keeps the iPad safe.
Besides use in the kitchen, I use it to hold my iPad when I'm watching a movie, and when I go outside, I use it to safely hold my iPad while listening to music on a warm Summer's evening out by the pond.

This iPad stand is heavy, smart, nice brushed stainless finish. I love that the base and the top both have non-slip coatings that keep it in place. I love it. It is very classy. I probably could have found something less expensive as it is a bit spendy, but it looks great on my kitchen counter.
