Amazing sauce, amazing shelf life!

I purchased the lemon caper saute simmer sauce after receiving a birthday gift card in November of 2011. September of 2012 I FINALLY get around to cleaning out my pantry and lo and behold, I found this! I've never used Williams Sonoma sauces before so I honestly didn't know what to expect. WOW - it was AMAZING! I took thin sliced chicken breast, topped with slices of prosciutto, grilled each side then poured the sauce on top. Followed the jar directions and 10 minutes later out popped this AMAZING chicken. I can't wait to get more. The savings alone from buying this jar instead of item by item it would take to make it is totally worth the price!
