as good as my grandmother's

When I dont feel like spending 3 hrs chopping, sweating, reducing, making my grandmother's recipe from scartch, I use this. I know it's expenisive for a jar of sauce, but it is worth it! I keep it in my pantry just like I do chicken broth.
Pros: Authentic, Quality, Good for Entertaining, Time-saver, Flavor, as good as home made

Really Good!

I've a friend who's vegetarian, so this sauce interested me as something I could serve--although, I wasn't expecting it to be much. What a surprise! As soon as I served this, I was on line the next morning ordering 3 more jars! To my taste, it is delicious!
