Shortcake Pan

I gave the pan 5 stars but it was delivered with some scratches and this is a "Non-Stick" pan. No, I did not return it due to the immediate need.
It performs well and yes, I would recommend it. The pan performed to my expectatiions and yes I purchased a second Shortcake pan.
Pros: Easy to Use, Easy to Clean, Versatile, Shape, Design
Cons: delivered with scratches

I saw this pan in the store the other day and went back today and bought it. Tonight I made the strawberry shortcake recipe on the back and it was delicious! These shortcakes are the perfect serving size and I'm now wishing I had bought two pans. I originally wanted this pan to use for the leftover batter from a Mary Ann Cake recipe that I make. I think I will find many other uses for these adorable shortcakes. This is also my first Goldtouch pan and I was very impressed with the quality. I can't wait to add more to my baking collection!
