A heavenly blend of caramel and chocolate cookie

I just ordered these this year. I love chocolate cookie and caramel. There are not many pies in the very large tin but each one is a good size. When I ate the first one I could tell the caramel was a very good quality - nice buttery rich flavor. Paired with the great quality of the chocolate cookie which had a good crunch and the thick coating of chocolate and well, let's just say I've hid the rest of them and look forward to enjoying them one by one!

Adult Mud Pies!

Who doesn't like the concept of chocolate, caramel, nuts, cookies? These treats are sweet but not overly sweet--I think, thanks to the espresso caramel. I would like to see these made without corn syrup, which figures in two components, but they are very tasty nevertheless. I will pick up another tin or two for the holidays. One piece is sized generously enough to be satisfying. If you really want to be decadent, enjoy one with a glass of champagne!
