Make sure you use stock and not broth like I did!

This is a delicious starter from WS - definitely smelled great when I opened the jar. My one mistake though was using chicken broth instead of the stock that is recommended. I thought I had stock in my fridge but didn't and had to substitute with the broth. The result was having the flavor of the starter a bit watered down and not as flavorful as it should have been. Also, besides using actual stock next time, I'll throw in a dash of cilantro, as is recommended. Make sure you cute up the chicken into bite-sized pieces too so they cook thoroughly and get all that flavor in.
I'll definitely be keeping a jar of this in my pantry for future meals!

This soup is so simple but good. It takes all the guess work out and not to mention all the hard work out of making it yourself. The right amount of seasoning. You can add chicken and crush some tortilla chips. I love this with cornbread or a salad. Will be buying several. Even got my daughter hooked on it.

Not The Same Soup
I wrote the review above and have to say I got and returned the soup. It is not the same as it was several years ago when WS first came out with it. And it is not for the better. The taste is almost like dishwater. I bought 4 thinking I wanted to stock up. But I returned the 3 remaining and also took the jar back that the 4th one came in. And got all my money back. Will not buy this again. This is a miss on WS. Wish they would have stayed with the org version.
