Williams Sonoma Mexican-Style Tortilla Soup

Warm up with a bowl of homemade tortilla soup, a favorite in Mexican family kitchens. Our all-natural starter, made with fire-roasted tomatoes, poblano chilies, classic spices and lime, makes it easy to prepare this soulful combo of rustic chicken-tomato broth and hearty corn tortillas. Prep is simple: just add chicken stock and diced chicken, then simmer. Top with a sprinkling of cilantro and tortilla strips before serving. Set of two 32-oz. jars. 4-6 servings (each). Made in USA.

This soup is so simple but good. It takes all the guess work out and not to mention all the hard work out of making it yourself. The right amount of seasoning. You can add chicken and crush some tortilla chips. I love this with cornbread or a salad. Will be buying several. Even got my daughter hooked on it.
Pros: Easy to Prepare, Authentic, Quality, Time-saver, Flavor, Healthy

Not The Same Soup
I wrote the review above and have to say I got and returned the soup. It is not the same as it was several years ago when WS first came out with it. And it is not for the better. The taste is almost like dishwater. I bought 4 thinking I wanted to stock up. But I returned the 3 remaining and also took the jar back that the 4th one came in. And got all my money back. Will not buy this again. This is a miss on WS. Wish they would have stayed with the org version.
