Williams-Sonoma House Balsamic Vinegar

Our traditional dark balsamic is from Modena, Italy-a town long celebrated for its exceptional versions of this fine condiment. Our balsamic is crafted from the pure juice of white Trebbiano grapes, fermented and masterfully blended with IGP-certified aceto balsamico, which is aged for up to 18 years in a series of handmade oak barrels, using traditional techniques perfected by generations of artisans. The result is a rich, aromatic balsamic with a complex sweetness and smooth, tangy finish. Use it for everything from making vinaigrettes and dips to drizzling over vegetables, cheese, prosciutto or fresh berries 15.5 fl. oz. Made in Italy.
