Williams-Sonoma Honey

In the lush climate of Florida, flowers and trees produce abundant blossoms, and the local bees produce some of America's finest honey, naturally flavored with their aromatic pollen. Our signature honey trio offers three favorites - light-bodied Tupelo, medium-bodied Wildflower and full-bodied Orange Blossom - crafted by the bees and carefully harvested by local beekeepers using centuries-old apiarist methods. And because it's never heated, filtered or pasteurized, our raw honey maintains all its natural vitamins, minerals and flavor. Tupelo Honey: From Gulf County, this rare variety is created by bees who feed on the nectar of blossoms from tupelo gum trees, which bloom for just a few weeks each year. Wildflower Honey: Legendary for its subtle, complex flavors, this luscious honey is created from the pollen and nectar of more than a dozen different flowers, trees, bushes and grasses in the Florida Panhandle. Orange Blossom Honey: Created in central and southern Florida by honeybees, our rich, creamy honey has the fruity, floral sweetness of a citrus grove in full bloom. 8 oz. each. Made in USA.

This is not 100% Honey
August 21, 2015
I saw this product in a local store and tasted it. I must say it is delicious and as the description claims, you can smell a nice aroma while tasting it. Trusting the brand and enjoying the flavor, I bought the Orange Blossom flavored one for my dad, a honey fanatic and expert. After trying it and testing it, he said this isn't 100% honey as it claims to be because it is too sweet and as writtent on the label, it has sugar in it. The real and 100% natural honey does not have any sugar in it, not a single gram, and is naturally sweet. So you don't have 17 gram of sugar in a small jar of a natural honey!!! He ran other tests as well, which proved this product is not 100% honey as it claims or tries to make us believe. So, all in all, this product has a very good quality, but it's not what it claims to be and you can find honey with much better quality for a cheaper price as my dad actually does.
Pros: Flavor
Cons: not 100% natural

Tried the Tupelo type of honey. Great taste with a very unique flavor. Tried all 3 varieties and all 3 are excellent with Tupelo being the most flavorful and unique.
Pros: Flavor, Healthy
