Great Go-To Cookbook for Healthy Meals

I just purchased this book about a month ago and when I did the salesman told me they had a hard time keeping on the shelf because people keep snatching it up; and now I know why. I have tried about twelve recipes in this cookbook thus far and have really enjoyed each of them. Even my young adult children who are still living at home with me have really liked each of the recipes. I have recommended this book to all of my friends who are looking to make healthier meals that aren't complicated or expensive to make. I love, love, love this book and would highly recommend it to anyone.

New favorite cookbook

I have been using this cookbook nearly every night since I purchased it! The recipes are wonderful (though, I do think the portions are a bit large... when it says 4 servings, I cut it in half for my husband and I and there is still enough for leftovers) and the pictures look edible! Recipes are easy to follow and really do cook quickly. Eating healthy has never been so pretty or fun for me. I was a bit scared at first. My budget has had to adjust to spending more on groceries. Overall, a delightful cookbook that will be used time and again.
