Great all purpose pan

My wife and I cook nearly every night, but we're not professional cooks by any stretch. We were looking for an all purpose pan that would work for cooking meat, stews, pasta dishes, pancakes, etc. Previously, we had purchased a Calphalon pan and the Zwilling Henckels stainless steel non-stick pan. Both of those pans scratched easily, and the non-stick surfaces were largely ineffective or didn't last.
This pan is well worth the extra expense. Its a little deeper than the other two pans, which I initially thought might be a disadvantage, but actually increases the pan's versatility. The non-stick surface is incredibly effective, and the pan heats quickly and evenly.
The two downsides are that it is a little heavier than the other pans, and the handle heats up after longer than 10-15 min of use on medium-high. However, these are far outweighed by the overall quality of the pan.
If you are looking for a single versatile high quality non-stick pan, this it it.

This is a wonderful pot and makes cooking so easy. Heats up quickly, easily and is truly nonstick. If I could only pick one from the williams sonoma cookware lines this would be it! Hopefully it withstands the test of time!
