Great Taste

I'm in it for the taste - as my wife can't do wheat products (trace ok). I was very surprised and enjoyed these very much - great taste & flavor - easy to make! Would definitely do again.

I like Williams-Sonoma however am surprised their gluten free products also contain dairy. There is a group of buyers that when purchasing gluten free also need dairy free. I will not be able to buy W-S gluten free products, but there are other brands out there to choose from fortunately. I was excited when I saw W-S was carrying gluten free and then I'm disappointed whenever I read the ingredients and dairy is listed.

I totally agree...
I have been a fan of WS foods for a long time and, like you, was also excited to see that they started carrying gluten-free options. Unfortunately, my daughter is also gluten and lactose intollerant, and my son is lactose sensitive.
I would love to see great-tasting, healthy, gluten- and lactose-free options in the WS selection. I hold your products in high regard.
I know, that's a tall order, but here's hoping.
