Crafted in small batches by a family company, candy makers combine sugar and honey with cream, milk and butter, slow cooking the ingredients at the perfect temperature in copper kettles. After cooling, the caramel is cut into pieces, hand dipped in premium bittersweet chocolate, finished with a sprinkling of fleur de sel, premium sea salt from France and then packed by hand in our keepsake tin. 9 oz.
