We worked with a third-generation professional baker to develop a wholesome wheat flour that's great for everything from hearty breads to rustic pizzas. Millers extract 85% of the wheat berry, creating a flour that contains nutrient-rich endosperm, wheat germ and inner layers of bran. The premium organic wheat for our flour is grown and harvested with care on small family farms in Washington State. To ensure the ideal texture, the grains are custom-milled for us at a historic water-powered mill that was originally founded as a Utah farmers' co-op in 1867. 2 lb. Organic. Made in USA.
