We worked with a third-generation professional baker to develop the perfect flour for baking baguettes and other artisan breads. Producing wholesome loaves with crisp, golden crusts and creamy white interiors, it combines an impressive 11.5% protein content with a soft yet strong gluten structure. The premium organic wheat for our flour is grown and harvested with care on small family farms in Utah, Colorado and Washington. To ensure the ideal texture, the grains are custom-milled for us at a historic water-powered mill that was originally founded as a Utah farmers' co-op in 1867. 2 lb. Organic. Made in USA. Included recipe was way YUCK!

The recipe inside the product DOES NOT WORK. I tried it twice with new ingredients and it just sat there forever. I wasted good money on a bad recipe. The flour itself felt fine, but I will not buy this product again.
