Baked rather than fried, our cake donuts turn out light and delicate, with a classic donut flavor. The secret is in our mix, made with organic flour, Nielsen-Massey vanilla beans and buttermilk for a bit of tang and a perfectly cakey texture. Just stir in butter, milk and an egg, and bake the donuts to golden perfection. Enjoy them fresh from the oven or drizzle them with the included vanilla glaze and toppings like nuts, cinnamon and sprinkles. Makes approximately 36 mini donuts (1 lb., 2 oz.). Made in USA. Healthy Yet Still Yummy!

This mix makes wonderful cake type donuts. Hubby got a donut pan for Christmas and I saw this mix and ordered it for a surprise on Valentine's Day. He loved them and didn't even want me to put the glaze on the donuts. So I saved the glaze pack for another time. They really do taste like a fried donut and are much more healthy done this way.
Pros: Texture, Easy to Prepare, Quality, Time-saver, Flavor, Healthy, Great Gift
Cons: could be a little less price wise.

Easy & Delicious as Mini-muffins, too!

I was given this mix as a house present but did not have a doughnut pan. We used a mini-muffin and a regular muffin pan and the results were devoured immediately! Easy to make, too!
