Not a disappointment
September 27, 2013
I followed the instruction but only cook for 1 hour in low heat and the chicken is quite ready already. I added a little of water and just sim. There are sauce but all the artichokes are melted into the sauce. I did not need to add any salt or anything, the chicken and sauce itself are quite tasty. I prefer cook it with little less time and have more artichokes in it. I use Free Range chicken so it is quite flavorful.
Pros: Easy to Prepare, Good for Entertaining, Time-saver, Flavor
