LOVELY MILD PEPPERY FLAVOR

We keep these beautiful Sarawak White Peppercorns in their own grinder, handy for immediate use whenever a recipe calls for white pepper. Nothing is better and more flavorful than fresh ground peppercorns. We purchased two jars so we'd have plenty on hand to last!

Great flavor.

I usually prefer black pepper, but this is my go-to when I am making creamy sauces because dark colors from other peppers spoil the color of creamy sauces.
